Principal
Sharlene Cole
Sharlene Cole is a dedicated principal with a strong background across state and independent education sectors, particularly in small school settings. She is passionate about student wellbeing, inclusive practice, and helping every young person flourish with the right support.
Sharlene brings expertise in senior leadership, curriculum, and academic learning, and values strong relationships with students, staff, and families as the foundation for meaningful learning.
Inspired by Jesus, she is committed to nurturing growth in faith, learning, and character, supporting students to develop a strong understanding of themselves, the world, and God.
Head of Secondary
Brendon Quick
Brendon Quick is an experienced school leader and Head of Secondary with over 20 years in education. He is committed to student wellbeing, inclusive culture, and values-driven leadership, using restorative practices and data-informed approaches to support positive behaviour and student growth.
Brendon works closely with staff and families to build strong, respectful relationships, fostering a genuine sense of belonging across the school community. He is passionate about creating environments where every student feels known, supported, and valued, enabling each young person to grow in confidence and thrive.
Head of Primary
Kaisha van der Westhuizen
Kaisha van der Westhuizen is a passionate Head of Primary who places children at the heart of all she does. Guided by strong Christian values, she champions student voice, leadership, and wellbeing, ensuring these are embedded through high‑quality teaching and learning.
Kaisha believes that schools should nurture the whole child, so that every learner feels known, valued, and supported. She values strong staff collaboration and leads with integrity, encouragement, and service, working closely with teachers, families, and the wider school community to foster an effective, caring, and purpose‑driven learning environment.

At Landsdale Christian School, we strive to make improvements in all areas of school life. In order to aid in this process, we use the Quality Adventist Schools Framework (QASF).
This framework provides us with a robust structure for raising quality, achieving excellence and delivering better outcomes for our students and their families.
The QASF is a simple yet dynamic tool designed to assist our school in undertaking self-assessment that is context-specific, evidence informed and outcomes-focused.
