Year 7-9
Confidence, responsibility and independence
Landsdale Christian School’s Lower Secondary program supports students through the important transition into secondary schooling. Within a caring Christian environment, students are encouraged to grow in confidence, responsibility and independence while developing a strong sense of belonging and purpose.
Students in Years 7 to 9 study a balanced curriculum with a clear emphasis on English, Mathematics, Science and Humanities and Social Sciences. These core learning areas are generally taught across four periods each week and are supported by Encounter Bible Curriculum, Health and Physical Education, Sport, Chapel and practical learning experiences.
Our smaller school setting allows students to be well known by their teachers. Learning programs provide appropriate challenge while supporting each student’s academic, spiritual, social and emotional development.
